Therefore, we make it very easy for your and your office staff to refer your patients to In Motion Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation. Simply fax over the prescription and patient demographics, then we will take care of the rest. If the patient requires authorization from their insurance carrier, we will do our best to help you in the process. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to refer a patient to us.
